3. Coffee; caffeine = bad!

4. Alcohol; it can trigger attacks

5. Egg Yolk; substitute that one egg with 2 egg white instead

6. Salad dressings; ranch, Italian, and so on = bad!, they will trigger attacks

There is no specific diet for IBS, so you must go talk to your doctor and make out a plan, so that you can control you IBS.
