Idyllic Body Weight - So What Is The Ideal Weight For How Tall You Are And Your Frame Type?

There seems to be a gigantic gap between what ladies think their ideal body weight is as opposed to what the number is according to a doctor. When you look at your height & your build, the number of pounds that are healthy for you is probably a higher number than you're shooting for if you are dieting. I know that the weight I seem to believe is what I want is indeed lower than what my healthcare professional is telling me. There's a difference between how you think you want to look in clothes and what's healthful for the maintenance of good health and longevity.

There are many charts online that can give you an idea of what your ideal body weight may be. You have to put in your height & your age, and perhaps a few more details. I am five foot 8 inches, & the chart tells me that my idyllic body weight is around 150 pounds, but I often think that I need to be somewhere between 130 & 140 pounds to feel good about my body. However, I do realize that as long as I'm healthful that I'm doing the right thing, and if that last 10 or so pounds are not a problem for my medical doctor then perhaps I shouldn't worry about it too much. However I tend to carry my weight in my stomach which leaves me seeking out how to get rid of belly fat specifically. In fact I've lots of friends that focus specifically on getting rid of belly fat.

When your ideal body weight and your idea of your body don't match, you have to think about why that's. I don't mean when you think you wish to be a few pounds lower than your ideal body weight, I mean when you are attempting to be 30 or more pounds lower. This isn't healthy for you, & you have to come to terms with the body you have. If you don't, you might end up with an eating disorder. You may wish to take some time to talk with your medical doctor or a nutritionist to see what's going on with you, & what you are able to do to be healthier rather than thinner.

Remember that your ideal body weight has more to do with being healthy then anything else. This means that the weight that's perfect for you is one that is good for your heart and your long-term health. This has nothing to do with how you'll look in a swimming suit, but the closer you're to this ideal body weight you are, the better you are going to look. & if you manage to get rid of belly fat in a healthful way you'll feel even better still. So you may not think it's perfect, but it's important to know that your ideal weight will help ensure you're around to watch your children and your grand-children grow up.
